Closeness to freeway, friendliness of most clerks.

Some clerks acted like they were doing us a favor. Smiles and pleasantries go a long way. Some clerks get that and some don't.

Fantastic comfor and equipment in room

Great location, free airport shuttle every hour. Friendly staff.

Gym room too small and equipment not cleaned or maintained.

Liked the comfort of the bed, availability of a full kitchen

Heard staff complaining about how they want to leave their job as I approached the front desk, the floor was sticky as we entered the room we were staying in.

Bathrooms where not that clean and smell of urine

The location was great just a couple. Blocks from the Arena.The room was clean.

Hotel and staff not very welcoming. There are no extras not even a room coffeepot.which we assumed they had since there was a little kitchen.My husband cut himself not badly but I went to the front desk and asked if they had a bandaid.when the women finally showed up she said no.Didn't. Look for a firstaid kit just said no

Everything was well worth the overnight stay. I will stay there again.

Bed was so hard. It really bothered my back. I would like extra pillows ( there were only 3) , 2 per person and 4 washcloths, 2 per person. Breakfast was very minimal, but I wasn't really expecting it anyway, meaning, that was not a requirement I was looking for, but for the price, I was expecting more. Other than that the room, bathroom and hotel was nice.

No really clean, I had to ask new blanket, they did give.

It was close to the terminals.

The thin walls meant my neighbors 12am-2am conversation (they weren't yelling or raising their voices) was enough to wake me up and keep me awake. I also didn't realize I needed to ask for the basic amenities like a toothbrush and whatnot. Furthermore, I understand there was a snowstorm, but waiting an hour and a half for a shuttle that was said to be coming within 25 minutes of my original call seemed a bit much.

It was easy to get to off the highway.

Pillows were not comfortable. the first room I was given was not clean, so he moved me, instead of fixing the issue. Didn't really say much, not helpful.

they didn't clean the snow front of the hotel , you need to by so careful to don't fall down

The heater was broken and it was very cold in my room
